We deliver through DHL. Upon shipment you will receive a Track and Trace code with which you can track your order. You will receive this Track and Trace code when the package is scanned by DHL.

Tonone does not charge shipping costs in the countries of the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.

We do our utmost to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. The expected delivery time differs per product and is stated in the shop per product. We work with limited stock and assemble per order. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course let you know as soon as possible.
