Hometour Willemijn
Willemijn has lived in this house with her husband and 3 sons since 2013. A newly built house from 2010 with a nod to the 1930s, just outside Den Bosch. When they moved in, they didn't really need to do anything to it. 'Only the kitchen was really not our taste so we made some adjustments.'
With a family with 3 children, the main thing is to be able to live. A large table in the kitchen, the heart of the house, where people eat, drink, laugh, cry, work and play. Enjoy!
Willemijn ensured a good, sturdy base in the interior and likes to combine design with second-hand finds and things from Ikea or the hardware store, for example. 'With the Tonone lamps, it was love at first sight immediately. Tough, basic and a beautiful design. And then also from Bossche soil!' It started with a black Bolt, but the collection expanded over the years. 'I think the blue Bella is so cool.'

Over time, with three boys in the house and a very long living room, the desire arose to create an en suite. Well, if you're going to renovate anyway, you'd better do it right. So last year we plastered everything, sanded the floors, renovated the bathroom, built in an en suite and finally got that new kitchen. Because we had lived here for such a long time, we knew exactly what we wanted. And now our house is an even nicer home!'
