Hometour Marijn
Visiting a special home in De Rijp! A few years ago, interior designer Marijn van Mei for You, Edgar and their two children traded Amsterdam for De Rijp. They went to live in a beautiful national monument. A classic building from 1749, in which not just anything can be changed.
Nothing more fun for Marijn to give this house full of old elements yet a modern look and feel. By experimenting with colors, combining old and new materials and adding modern art, an original and contemporary atmosphere was created in the house.

Bull's-eye!
"As an interior designer, I have a soft spot for modern design, preferably of Dutch origin. In that respect, Tonone's lamps are a hit and a perfect addition to our home. I have a weakness for green, pink and yellow and prefer to use them throughout the house. That way it creates unity and tranquility.
Then I like to add a bright color, like fluorescent pink or in this case Tonone's bright orange (Striking Orange) lamp, and the interior comes to life."
